A Brief History

UPFRO was started by A. Anthony Passarelli, Sr. and Richard C. Haupt, Sr.

Over the first twenty years, UPFRO operated in New Jersey with a workforce of about 15 field representatives.

After a long illness, Mr. Passarelli passed away in 1979.  

In 1991 UPFRO incorporated and Richard Haupt, Sr. remains the company's CEO today.

With over 350 field representatives today, UPFRO has expanded their operations to include; Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC & West Virginia

….. and we are still growing.
