If you are a policyholder or if you
have recently applied for insurance you may have been contacted by, or had
your property visited by an UPFRO Inspector. Here are some things you should know:
Photo Identification
All UPFRO Inspectors carry or display
photo identification. They carry
business cards as well. You may
verify that the inspector works for UPFRO by calling us during normal business
hours.
Report Information
The information and photos gathered will
be sent directly to your insurance company.
If you have questions about your insurance policy, or questions
about the underwriting policies, please contact your agent or your
insurance representative.
Fair Credit Policy
If you wish to obtain information
gathered in our report you must request this by writing our offices. Please include your signature and any
specific concerns you may have.
UPFRO does not accept faxed nor emailed requests for
information. This policy is for your
protection.
