Inspection Project Attached is the
PDF form that must be filled out and sent to the office by clicking on the
icon that says “submit by email”. All inspections
are due in from the field on 6-23-2009 If you can not
meet this dead line you must contact Rick Haupt This is a Street level Project! Only get out of your car if the home
appears to be unoccupied! ·
If the home is occupied take photo from car and
proceed to your next stop. ·
If home is unoccupied you must follow the following
procedure and photo any of the conditions noted below. Major
Inspection
Concerns ‡ Legal postings are affixed to
the property indicating it is illegal to occupy (notices of legal
foreclosure, seizure by state or local government). ‡ Boarded-up windows and doors ‡ Missing electrical meter
(removed by electric company) Minor Inspection Concerns (must
observe multiple “minors” to suggest abandonment) ‡
Significant
signs of unmaintained / dead vegetation (could also be indication of sale) ‡
Long
periods of un-retrieved news papers and other misc door hangers ‡
Discarded
/ Abandoned appliances, vehicles, furniture, garbage etc. ‡
No
window coverings / no furniture visible inside the home ‡
For
Sale sign in yard and/or lock box on the front door ‡
NO
PHOTO due to person(s) being present Inspector documents:
Take pictures of the postings – but list as “unable
to determine”. Billing Codes Occupied Fee $5.00 Unoccupied Fee
$8.00 - Check the
priority box Status is inspection has been emailed Questions please call Rick or Sam |
PLEASE BE AWARE
You ARE allowed to complete these
inspections on Sunday’s if you wish.
DO NOT complete any other inspections for
other companies on Sunday as previously instructed.
